You need to replace the whole mysky from what ive seen.

If it s an option go for it even just the power option for a large sunroof is something that is really nice at any time.
So i went through the re initializing process again.
Then try and open again.
You probably broke the 2 tabs that push pull the roof to slide it open close.

This morning he texted me and asked how to close the sunroof saying he accidentally hit the button however now it won t close it just goes halfway and re open.

After inspection i think this is an oversight in design with models that have the mysky.
I had wanted the my sky but the hitch was a need to have and the my sky was a nice to have apparently you cant have both.
Took mine to the dealer and the quoted me 5400 and unlimited completion time.
