To use clips put the mirror where you want to hang it and use a pencil to mark the top and bottom corners. It would be easier to go through this step if you have someone to help you on the side. Make a mark where you want the mirror to be. Jiggle and slide the top two clips down over the top edge of the mirror securing it against the wall.

Grab a pencil or a marker and take note of the bottom and top corners of the mirror. Screw your wall anchor into the second mark you made. Mark the location of the top edge and the center of the frame. Remove the mirror and put another mark two inches below the first mark.

Place 2 clips on the bottom 1 on each side and 1 on top for most mirrors though a large mirror may need more. If you want to hang a frameless mirror on your wall you ll need to use mirror clips or a special adhesive. Keep one hand pressing the mirror against the wall. Place a scrap piece of wood that is approximately half as long as the mirror is wide underneath the hanging wire on back of the frame.

D rings and picture wire the mirror must have a frame around it to hang a mirror this way. This requires attaching d rings to the back perimeter of the mirror frame wrapping wire around the d ring and then attaching one or two hooks to the wall and hanging the mirror by the wire. Set the mirror down. Use a screwdriver or drill to tighten the top two clips so they are no longer loose.

Hold the mirror against the wall at the desired position. Screw one end of the cable to the wall anchor.
